ジェフとジェレミーは、
林さんの家に泊まり込みで農業研修を受けた方々の名前です
オハヨーは、伊那谷の「朝マルシェ」に出品されたもので、
「朝から飲めるビール」がコンセプト^^
.
●Peccary Beerとは
長野県の高遠町にある寒天工場の跡地を改造し、
ビオデナミ農家の林さんが一人で醸造するブルワリー
日本初のビオデナミでビールを作ることを目標にされています
.
ちなみにペッカリーは、南米で野生の豚
「道をつくるもの」とされていて、
林さんの目標と重なっていますね^^
.
林さんのビールを是非楽しんでください♪

You may wonder why tow of them have American/ European guy’s name? Those names are trainee’s who worked and stayed with brewer Ryo Hayashi. Because he is originally Biodynamics farmer.
.
What is the Peccary Beer?
There is in Takato-cho in Nagano prefecture. The brewery was opened in renovated Ager factory by Mr. Ryo Hayashi who is brewer and biodynamics farmer. He brews to make first biidynamics beer in Japan.
.
I think no need to explain meaning of “Peccary”, right? As you know it is a wild pig in South America and is said pioneer to make new load in forest. It synchronized his goal in a good way:-)
.

Some people talk to animals. Not many listen though. 2019：白

名前もエチケットも独特でワクワクしますね^^
.
●ショオさんを訪ねて
去年の9月にワイナリーを訪ね、話の流れで
「私は自分のお店を大きくするつもりはない」と伝えたら
すっと手が出てきて握手してくださいました^^
.
お店を大きくして売上を上げ続けることが
「絶対の価値観」と思う方もまだ多いと思います
負け根性で物を言っているのではなく、
「大きくすること＝成功」ではないという考えです^^b
もちろん大規模にして支店を増やしている方は尊重します
それぞれのスタイルがある、と言えば伝わりますでしょうか
.
これだけ長く説明しても伝わらないことが多い中、
ショオさんは先の一言で共感いただけたので
初対面ながら、近くに感じた方でした
.
●ショオさんとは？
小林英雄さんは2歳からのドバイ育ち
学生時代に様々な国を訪れ、文化や価値観に振れる
大学で微生物を専攻し、
1年間オーストラリアのワイナリーで住み込みで働いた後、
ワイナリー立ち上げを視野に超一流コンサルファームに就職
カーブドッチを訪れた際、
角田浜ワインコーストの地に海辺と畑という条件が
揃っていたことからこの地での立ち上げを決めて今に至る
.
ボルダリングを趣味にされていて、
ワイナリーの内外壁には立派なホールドが^^
お仕事の合間に海に行って潜ったり、岸壁を登ったり
オンとオフをしっかり楽しまれている方です
.
そんなショオさんのワインは、酸化防止剤無添加
オープンマインドで飲んでもらいたい子達です^^

Do you believe these are wine names?
Not only names and label, wine maker Mr. Hideo Kobayashi is also unique and characteristic guy.
.
Who is Mr. Hideo Kobayashi?
He was grown up in Dubai since two years old and met valuable cultures and foods by visiting neighboring countries with his family.
He worked for one year in Australian winery when he was an university student. After graduate, he worked at global consulting farm to have own winery. When he visit the wine coast in Niigata, he decided to have it there.
.
He loves bordering and made climbing wall in his winery and enjoys diving and climbing in the near coast during winery works.
.
Needless to say, he does NOT have typical Japanese values. So his wine name and label are individual and fun:-)
.
I recommend you to enjoy his wine with open mind:-)
