愛媛・松山のクラフトブルワリー DD4D より限定ビールが入荷しました。
それぞれ異なる個性を持つ8種類をご紹介します。
🍺 DD4D ブルワリーについて / About DD4D Brewery
DD4Dは1998年、愛媛・松山市でセレクトショップとして誕生しました。
「常識に捉われず、自分の信じる道を行く」という代表の想いを胸に、2019年には松山市千舟町にクラフトビール醸造所を開設し、DD4D BREWING & CLOTHING STOREとして生まれ変わりました。
2021年には港町・三津浜に第2工場を完成。これまでに250種類以上のクラフトビールを国内外に販売し、スポーツ、アパレル、製菓、映画など、業界を超えたコラボレーションを多数展開しています。
Founded in 1998 as a select shop in Matsuyama, Ehime, DD4D evolved into DD4D BREWING & CLOTHING STORE in 2019 when its first craft brewery opened in Chifune, Matsuyama. Guided by the belief in “walking your own path without being bound by convention,” DD4D continues to innovate.
In 2021, a second brewery was established in the port town of Mitsuhama. To date, DD4D has brewed over 250 different beers distributed across Japan and overseas, collaborating with industries ranging from sports and apparel to confectionery and film.

通常の6倍・6時間煮沸で濃厚＆複雑。ロースト香、チョコ、コーヒー、ドライフルーツの甘みが重層的に広がります。

蜂蜜のフローラルな香りと優しい甘み、愛媛産清美タンゴールの爽やかさ。シトラスとペッパーがアクセント。

Floral honey sweetness with Ehime citrus. Peppery and zesty accents.
🍞 90 Shilling（ナインティ シリング）
6種類の麦芽をブレンドした重層的なフレーバー。スモークや焙煎香、トーストやキャラメルのニュアンス。やや甘い余韻。

Blend of six malts, smoky caramel & toasted grain flavors with a sweet finish.
🍊 Quick Dip（クイック ディップ）
愛媛産ユズとほのかなヨモギ。モルトの香ばしさの中からお米のクリーンな甘さとホップのスパイシーさが引き立ちます。

Ehime yuzu & mugwort, balanced with clean rice sweetness and spicy hops.
🌴 Liquid Monster（リキッド モンスター）
オレンジやココナッツのトロピカルアロマ。小麦や大麦、ラクトース由来のビスケットのような優しい甘さ。

Orange & coconut tropical hops, soft biscuit-like sweetness from wheat & lactose.
💃 Dance Commander（ダンス コマンダー）
ピーチやパイナップル、ネクタリン、ココナッツ。驚くほど柔らかくクリーミーな口当たりのトリプルIPA。

Peach, pineapple, nectarine & coconut. Exceptionally smooth and creamy.
🍊 Blind Date（ブラインド デイト）
ルイボスティーの柔らかさ、伊予柑の果実感、バニラの香り。蜂蜜やナッツのような余韻が穏やかに広がります。

Rooibos softness, iyokan citrus, vanilla with gentle honey-nut finish.
🍇 Key to the Next Door（キー トゥ ザ ネクスト ドア）
伊予賀儀屋の日本酒酵母を使用。白ブドウの上品な香り、ザクロ由来の酸味、麦の余韻が心地よく残ります。
